 Statewide Coverage

Local pagers have coverage in the region that corresponds with their area code.  Statewide Coverage can be added in order to receive pages in all three of the coverage areas in the state -- South, Central, and North Florida. (This option incurs an additional charge.)

 Voice Mail      

Enhance your paging service!  Voice mail lets callers hear your personalized greeting and leave you a voice message.  (This option incurs an additional charge.)  We have two types of voice mail:

 

Basic:

Holds 10 messages

30-second greeting and message size

24-hour message retention

 
Enhanced:

Holds 20 messages

60-second greeting and message size

48-hour message retention


 Text Messaging w/ Live Operator Dispatch

As an additional option, you can add live operator alpha dispatch to the standard text messaging plan.  (This option incurs an additional charge.)

 

FEATURES:

To leave a text message, callers dial unique toll-free number and hear a personalized greeting from operator

 

Unlimited calls and caller ID

 

Live operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

 

Alpha message also sent to your e-mail address (if you provide us with it)

 

E-mail forwarding to your pager (you would set this up through your internet service provider)

     numeric:  $1.50/month     $25.00 deductible

     text:        $2.50/month     $40.00 deductible

 
 
 Overcall Information  

 For Numeric Service, Local and Statewide Coverage, the base price includes up to 400 calls. Calls over 400 are $.10 per call.
 

 For Text Service, Local and Statewide Coverage, the base price includes 200 text messages and 400 Numeric. Messages over 200 are $.25 per message and calls over 400 are $.10 per call.
 

 For Numeric Service, Nationwide Coverage, the base price includes up to 200 calls. Calls over 200 are $.25 per call.
 

 For Text Service, Nationwide Coverage, the base price includes up to 50 Text Messages and 200 Numeric Calls. Messages over 50 are $.50 per message and calls over 200 are $.25 per call.
 

 For Wireless Data Services, Nationwide Coverage, the base price includes 500 Message Blocks. Message Blocks over 500 are $.10 per Message Block.
